I am watching live Rush Limbaugh's from the CPAC conference in Washington, D.C.Within the last few minutes, Rush made a remark about Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal and the Republican response to President Obama's speech before Congress last Tuesday. I'm paraphrasing, but Rush said something along the lines of "Joe Biden was surprised that Gov.
